What can you insure?

1. Construction All Risk (CAR). Provides cover during the construction phase. You are covered against theft and construction-related accidents during the construction phase.

Post-delivery insurance

1. All Risk. Insurance for your solar energy installations against all calamities or catastrophes caused by external forces.
2. Loss of production. If a solar panel is not producing electricity as a result of damage or theft, alternative energy is required. Insure yourself against this event.
3. Reduced yields. Covers against reduced yields of the installation including lack of sun.
4. Liability. Insure yourself against damage caused by you, for example, if a solar panel blows away and hits a person.
5. Extended Warranties. Extends the product guarantee of your panels and inverters up to 25 years.
